Built for African Creators

Tigu is where African creators discover audiences, build communities they own, and earn from what they know. Not a platform that takes your audience. A platform that helps you own it.

Find creators and audiences doing what you want to do.

Create courses, memberships and events. Fully yours.

Open more than one way to earn, from your very first members.

Grow alongside creators who've been where you are.

Why Tigu

Building alone vs. with Tigu

Same audience, two very different outcomes. Flip the switch and see what changes when you stop building on rented platforms.

Own your audience

Followers on a platform that could change the rules tomorrow.

Your language

Tools that don't speak your audience's language.

Mentors & peers

No peers to learn from, and nobody to ask.

More than one way to earn

A growing audience, and no idea how to turn it into income.

Never alone

Stuck, with no one to ask.

Start free

Paying for tools before you've earned anything.

How it works

Your path: Discover. Build. Earn.

Follow one creator's first weeks on Tigu, from seeing what works to their first paying members.

  1. Step 1

    Discover

Explore communities. See what works. Learn from creators already doing it.

  2. Step 2

    Build

Create your community: a course, a membership or events. It's 100% yours.

  3. Step 3

    Earn

Launch and earn from day 1, with courses, memberships, live events and direct payments.

  4. Step 4

    Grow

Creators who've done it cheer you on, answer your questions and share what worked. You're never alone.

Your turn.

Step one takes about ten seconds.

A little clarity

Big curiosity. Little questions.

Every good community starts with a question. Let's clear a few things up.

What is Tigu?

A platform where creators discover audiences, build communities they own, and earn from their expertise. Learners join those communities to learn from people who've done it.

How do I get started?

Join a community to learn, or start building your own. Both are free.

Do I have to pay?

Joining and building on Tigu is free. Members only pay when a creator offers a paid course, membership or event.

How do I start earning?

Create a course, membership or event and set your price. You can start earning as soon as your first members join.

What are the revenue streams?

Courses, memberships, one-time events and direct member payments. You choose what works for your audience.

Is my community really mine?

Yes. Your members, your content, your rules. Tigu helps you grow your community; it doesn't take it from you.

Do I need a big audience?

No. Start with a small group of engaged followers and grow from there.

What if I've never taught before?

Join existing communities first. See how other creators run theirs, ask questions, then build your own.

Curiosity looks good on you.
